Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
- Gain expertise in client products and services to engage customers effectively.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and consumers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales team and peers to implement marketing strategies and meet client targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and consumer loyalty.

Requirements of the Customer Support Representative:
