Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:

  • Gain expertise in client products and services to engage customers effectively.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and consumers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales team and peers to implement marketing strategies and meet client targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and consumer loyalty.
  • Analyze marketing trends to support clients and understand target audiences and competitors.
  • Provide regular reports on sales metrics and initiative success to management.

Requirements of the Customer Support Representative:

  • 1-2 years of Client Support and/or sales experience.
